At HARIO, we stand by the quality of our glass and brewing equipment; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days.

Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items using the original Hario protective materials to ensure the fragile glassware remains intact during transit.

  Shipping Labels

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
